The new OPERA system for the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic
was launched as an innovative project of the Operations Center of the General
Directorate of Customs of the Czech Republic at the beginning of
2021. KOMCENTRA s.r.o. (Ltd.) has deployed IS OPERA into the GDC Operations
Center as a result of a completely new IMS re-design, focusing on operational
management (C4), substantial ICT optimization and communications integration
(radio, VoIP telephony).
